Moyosore is a first class litigator. In recognition of his excellence in this regard the Legal Practitioners Privileges Committee, chaired by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, the Hon. Justice Aloma Mukhtar GCON conferred Mr. M.J. Onigbanjo with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria on 23rd September 2013.
Mr. Onigbanjo was appointed by the Nigerian Bar Association in July 2012 as a prosecutor of disciplinary matters before the Body of Benchers and the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (both of whom are statutory bodies). Mr. Onigbanjo offers his services pro bono in this regard.
In recognition of his wealth of experience in commercial law practice Mr. Onigbanjo was appointed as a Council Member of the Nigeria Bar Association’s Section on Business Law (www.nba-sbl.org) on 30th March 2011. Mr. Onigbanjo was also a member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (www.nba.org.ng, www.niegerianbar.org) between 2010-2012.
Moyosore was appointed a Notary Public in 31st March 2001.
Moyosore has vast and considerable court room experience in commercial litigation particularly in the areas of Debt Recovery, Breach and Enforcement of contracts, Companies Winding Up Proceedings, Aviation, Receivership, Marine claims, Arbitration and Oil and Gas. He has for the past twenty-three years participated extensively in commercial litigation in Nigeria.
Moyosore also has considerable appellate Court experience, having been privileged to successfully argue numerous appeals before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Nigeria. He also has experience in labour matters and has practiced before the National Industrial Court (a Court vested with exclusive jurisdiction to settle matters arising from trade disputes and trade unions) as well as the miscellaneous offences Tribunal. Over twenty-two cases handled by Moyosore have been reported in Nigeria’s foremost law reports (Nigeria Weekly Law Reports).
In recognition of Mr. M.J Onigbanjo SAN outstanding performance over the years as a first class legal practitioner, the Executive Governor of Lagos State His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu appointed Mr. M.J. Onigbanjo SAN as the Honorable Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice for Lagos State.
Upon his appointment as Honorable Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice for Lagos State on 20th August, 2019 Mr M.J nigbanjo SAN resigned as Managing Partner of MJ Onigbanjo & Co.
He is a member of the Nigerian and International Bar Associations. Mr. Onigbanjo is also a keen golfer.

Upon being called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990, Percival worked as an associate in the law firm of Kola Awodein & Co. between 1992 and 1994, from where he dexterously set up his own practice Percival Oaiya & Co. which he stirred successfully as principal partner between 1994 – 2007. In 2007 he teamed up with the Firm of M.J Onigbanjo & Co where he has been the partner in charge of the Property and Real Estate arm of the firm till date.
His practice specialty covers Property and Real Estate, Banking and Corporate Finance, Oil and Gas, Energy Law Advisory, Company Secretarial with over 100 companies registered with foreign participation.
Mr. Percival Oaiya is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
